An established outpatient diagnostic centre, serving the local community for over a decade, is looking for a Senior MRI Radiographer to join its highly regarded and supportive team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced radiographer seeking a stable role within a modern outpatient environment, delivering high-quality imaging services while contributing to service development and team support.

Working Hours

  • 37.5 hours per week

  • 7.5-hour shifts scheduled between 9:00am and 8:00pm, Monday to Friday

  • Optional Saturday overtime available

 

Role Overview

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services, including MRI and Plain Film, ensuring excellent patient care and adherence to professional and quality standards.

A driver’s licence is advised, as rotation across sites may be required.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate diagnostic imaging examinations in line with quality assurance standards

  • Deliver outstanding patient care while maintaining professional best practice

  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to maximise service efficiency

  • Rotate across departments and sites when required

  • Support the training and development of staff and students

  • Report equipment faults and maintain accurate documentation

 

Requirements

  • HCPC registration

  • Significant post-graduate radiography experience (ideally within the UK)

  • Proven MRI experience in the UK

  • Acute inpatient experience

Desirable skills:

  • IV cannulation

  • Paediatric imaging

  • MSK and GI experience

  • DEXA screening
