Conditions and Benefits

  • Employment contract: 32 to 36 hours per week

  • Competitive salary based on role and experience (starting from ~€2,360€ gross/month)

  • Relocation package: €600 net/month (for 18 months)

  • Holiday allowance: 8%

  • End-of-year bonus (13th salary)

  • Nursing degree (or in final stages)

  • Qualification recognized within the EU (or motivation to start training with us*)

  • Observing behavior and collaborating with specialized teams

Requirements:

  • Experience in healthcare, disability support, or mental health

  • Adaptability and empathy

  • Interest in working in specialized care environments

 

Career Change Opportunities Available

Even if you don’t have previous healthcare experience, you may still be considered if you are motivated to work in the care sector and willing to undertake training as a Healthcare Assistant.

 

General Requirements

  • EU nationality (no visa sponsorship available)

  • Good level of English (minimum B1)

  • Willingness to attend an intensive Dutch course

  • Motivation to live and work in the Netherlands
