Your Role

As a Support Worker, you'll help create a safe, structured and supportive environment for people with high-dependency care needs, promoting their well-being, dignity and quality of life.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing personal care and support with daily living activities

• Encouraging structure, routine and independence whenever possible

• Understanding and responding to non-verbal communication

• Supporting individuals with complex behavioural needs using de-escalation techniques

• Working closely with psychologists, nurses and other multidisciplinary professionals

Who We're Looking For

• Experience in healthcare, disability support or mental health

• Empathetic, patient and resilient professionals

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Comfortable working with individuals who require intensive support

• Motivated to relocate and build a long-term career in the Netherlands

What You'll Receive

• Free Dutch language course (A1–B1)

• €1,000 training allowance

• Employment contract (32–36 hours per week)

• Salary starting from €2,360 gross per month

• 8% holiday allowance

• End-of-year bonus

• 30 days of annual leave

• Flight to the Netherlands paid by the employer

• Airport transfer upon arrival

• Monthly relocation allowance of €425

• Additional housing support of €175 per month (both paid for 18 months)
