We are currently recruiting Support Workers to join a leading healthcare organisation in the Netherlands, supporting adults with severe intellectual disabilities and complex behavioural needs.
About the Role
You will provide daily care and structured support to individuals with high-dependency needs, where the emotional developmental level can be below 2 years. This is a hands-on role requiring empathy, resilience, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Your day-to-day will include:
Supporting with personal care (ADLs) - hygiene, feeding, mobility
Creating structure and routine for residents
Observing and responding to non-verbal behaviour
Applying de-escalation techniques and behavioural support
Working closely within a multidisciplinary team
Who we’re looking for:
Experience in healthcare, disability care, or mental health
Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
Comfortable working in high-dependency care environments
Motivated to relocate and build a career in the Netherlands

Free Dutch language course (A1–B1)
€1,200 training allowanceEmployment contract (32–36h/week)
Salary starting from €2,360 gross/month
Relocation package
€435 monthly allowance + €175 rent support (paid during 18 months)Flight ticket + airport pickup
